About Me

Hi, I'm Kim
I’m a marketer who thinks like a founder.

I’ve spent my career building and growing brands across CPG, wellness, food, and pet—from early-stage upstarts to national names on every shelf.

I started KAR Consulting to give founders access to senior-level brand and marketing leadership without the overhead of a full-time CMO or a big agency.

My work sits at the intersection of insight, brand, and execution. I’m as comfortable in a positioning workshop as I am in a performance dashboard, and I care about the same things you do: making the brand stronger, the customer happier, and the numbers go up.
